I have lived here for almost six years & definitely recommend it.

I lived at the El Greco for two years and loved it. It's extremely convenient to UCLA (two block walk to the Medical Center) and Westwood Village.

I am happy to live here. It is the perfect location where UCLA is 2 blocks away and target, trader joe's, rite aid, Ralphs, etc,.. it's withing minutes. I have recommended this place to several friends and have the same satisfaction that I do. One last thing, it is party free. No parties, no loud noise... NO DRAMA.

One of the best things about this community is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! I can walk to Trader Joe's, CVS, Ralph's, and Best Buy. It's just down the street from UCLA, but not near the undergrad area.

Management cares about the residents and handles problems promptly. Easy access to underground parking garage. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and theaters. Easy access to 405 freeway. Easy walk to UCLA campus.

The office staff and maintenance staff are outstanding. Always professional and helpful. Building clean and well-kept.

Your facility is top notch and shows pride of management and ownership.

This apartment building is clean and very organized. There is the fitness center on the lobby floor and also the business center that provides the free wifi internet for the tenants. On the rooftop, there is the place for sunbath. The management is very polite, friendly and highly responsive. The building was incredibly accommodating with my move-in date, and my maintenance requests have always been completed the same day or a day later. I absolutely recommend living here, you'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier and more accommodating management staff.

I have very much enjoyed staying at El Greco. Great management support, clean building and great proximity to UCLA and many surrounding shops without a need for driving locally. I have been very happy hear and looking forward to extending my lease if I stay at UCLA.

It has been great! Manager is very helpful when I need him. When I talked to him about any issue, he always respond very quickly and someone usually can come to help me the same day. When I talked to him about the noise issue, I was not sure how he solved it but my neighbor has been quiet since then.
